Big Bear Cleaning Service

5.0 star rating! My house was just renovated, and the whole house was dusty. Having to clean after the construction crew was so tiring. So, I searched on yelp for a reasonably good cleaning service near me, and Laura’s Cleaning was the most reasonable priced. I called on a short notice and spoke with Laura. She was very accommodating and friendly.

She was able to find two people to come to clean my house on an early Saturday morning, on their day off. They took their time to find the route to my house. On the day of, they show up on the dot. We initially asked them to clean the two bathrooms and the kitchen. They went above and beyond with their cleaning. They cleaned what I asked and the whole second and first floor in two hours. I am very pleased with their service and will use their cleaning service again in the future.

Laura’s Cleaning has cleaned our vacation rental cabin in Big Bear, the Moonridge Getaway, for almost a year now.  She and her support staff are very easy and pleasant to work with.  Our guests often comment on how clean our cabin is.  In any business, there will always be little things, but in the overall picture, Laura’s has been there CONSISTENTLY for us, which is important (and often difficult to find in BB!) whether through the very busy, hectic winter season or the sporadic off season.  When we need help on small matters or referrals, they are always there.  I would certainly recommend them.

I have used Laura’s cleaning service for years! They are detail oriented and I have walked in unannounced and found them cleaning behind my couches! The small touches that they do make them stand out above all the other cleaning services out there. Always receive a reminder call and have always been adaptable to my working schedule, which is a must! 

After calling around all over the place Friday and Saturday after work to find a house cleaning service, Laura’s was the only one to get back to me before the weekend was over, which I appreciated. Their prices are great, and they did a fantastic job cleaning all the surfaces in my house in a very short amount of time on very short notice. Very happy I found this company!
